Upon signing up, you will receive an email from [email protected] with instructions on how to active your account. It may take up to 24 hours to receive your invitation. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder before contacting WorkingLive Support.

Please log into your WorkingLive account using the “Sign In” button at the top of the screen. Upon signing in, go to “My Subscription” and click “Change payment” on the subscription you would like to update the payment information for. Type in your new payment information, make sure to select “Save to account”, and finish by clicking “Change payment method.”

Your WorkingLive Zoom account has likely been downgraded. This is usually due to out of date payment information or because your Zoom account has not been licensed and upgraded. Your Zoom account will be licensed and upgraded shortly after updating your payment method. If that is not the issue, please contact WorkingLive Support.
